Regardless of the size of the stage or the type of the play, working on a show needs a lot of concentration and discipline. In the past years we have worked with directors who wanted to bring something new onto the stage by using our contemporary visual elements. Working with dancers and performers is a very good chance to explore and learn.

Together with some DJs and other VJs – from Budapest’s underground radio TILOS – and some poets we found our own “theater”, where literature plays the mayor role instead of movement or scenery. This extended formation did numerous shows in Hungary under the label SOLIT inviting Hungarian and foreign authors to present their work. At these events literature, sound collages and images add up and become a powerful force dragging the spectators along some imaginary journey. The goal is achieved by finding those meaningful image sequences and footage that are not just illustrating the text but by reflecting on it extend its content.
